Our journey began with CarentSol Technologies which was founded by Prof. Maroof Aziz Khan in 2002. He is a Medical Doctor, specialising in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery.

CarentSol Technologies  pioneered the Medical Transcription Industry in the region. It started as a small business, but with dedication, hard work and matchable services, it continued to expand globally. CarentSol Technologies was merged into MTS Technologies in 2012 and its operations were expanded to back office management and EHR/EMR Development.

MTS Technologies specializes in providing unmatched transcription services for medical, legal, and insurance industries. Additonally, we provide billing and coding services for the medical industry. Our billing and coding department is managed by highly skilled personnel working tirelessly to maintain a strict quality assurance system by incorporating multitier rechecks.

We also provide back office solutions which include complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to track patient care episodes from registration, and appointment scheduling to the final payment.  Our solutions can save your organisation time and money by automating duties that were previously handled by employees, thus giving them time to focus on the front office.

We help organisations in their administrative tasks such as informing patients of upcoming appointments, reminding payers and patients of an existing balance. We ensure prompt payments and follow up actively with insurers, with any questions or concerns in the event of a claim being denied.
